2023: Memorial to Spike – Final Page
This is the final page in the Memorial Album for our beloved Golden Retriever, Spike. As you know, the last page in any album is always just a single spread. It is often difficult to determine what to put on that page.
For this album though it was easy. The Dog paper pack that I purchased to help with this project had this angel wing background paper, and when I was looking for Golden Retriever SVG images I found this one on Etsy. It is a 4-layer SVG, with a lot of detail, but I think that detail is what makes this look so good. I used Cricut Design Space to get the sizing correct, and then cut it out with my Cricut Maker.
Putting these two elements together was perfect for the final page. It ends the Memorial Album with hope for a reunion in the future and a positive note reminding me of all of the great times that we had together.
