Creative Memories Swivel Blade Cartridges and Circle Templates

These items are used to cut circles out of paper or photographs. There are three different blades that cut at different distances from the circle templates. Each circle template can be used for the inner circle or the outer circle. This makes a total of 18 different sized circles that you can cut with these tools. There are also oval templates that are available. Note: You will need a cutting mat to use with these tools so that you don’t damage your table.

I have had better success using these to cut circles than trying to use the scan and cutting features on cutting machines.
