2020: Memorial to Joey – Lap Cat
Our first cat, Joey, loved to sit on our lap. Every time that I sat on my chair he would jump up on my lap, often falling asleep. This spread has pictures of Joey on my lap as well as one picture where he wanted to enjoy my son’s puffy winter clothes!
I chose the color theme for this spread based off of the background paper from a cat paper pack. I designed the matting, title and graphics using Cricut Design Space, and then used my Cricut Maker to draw the title and graphics, and then to cut out the graphics and matting.
On the left-hand side I used my sewing machine to stitch the ribbon decorative border that is on the title page as a way to tie the pages in this album together.
