2020: Memorial to Joey – Super Model
As I got near the end of my photos to choose from for Joey’s Memorial Album, I had these pictures left. I didn’t want to throw them away and so I decided that I would create this page to highlight the remaining favorite pictures of our first cat, Joey.
I chose the Super Model theme as a subtle joke to all the pictures that I took of Joey. The background paper came from a pet paper pack and has glitter on it. I don’t usually use glitter paper because I don’t like the glitter messing up the other elements on the page, but this background paper has a sealant on it that keeps the glitter from moving. However, this same sealant, makes it very difficult to get the mats to stick to it, so I had to use a long length of sticky tabs to get them to stick.
I used Cricut Design Space to create the graphics, title, and matting for this spread, and then used my Cricut Maker to draw and cut them out.
