2024: Memorial – Peggy Hill – Family Tributes
This is the second spread in my mother’s memorial album and features family members giving tributes to my mother. I continued the Victorian theme, and made sure to include flowers, birds, butterflies and on this page some stamps – all things that were favorites of hers.
I am using a 8.5×11 album for this project, and the background paper is slightly smaller. I solved this by carefully using a jagged edge tearing tool to tear the paper, and then inserting a solid green paper behind it, and it ended up being a really cool technique, that I think I may use again in this project. You can see this about an inch in from the right and left sides.
