2023: Mardi Gras Murder Mystery Fundraiser
This is a unique spread as it represents an event that I forgot to take pictures at! I was invited to a Mardi Gras themed Murder Mystery Fundraiser at the end of February 2023, and I had a great time dressing up for it!
I decided that I wanted to still scrapbook the event because I had some cool ephemera from it. Starting on the left we have the table tent from our table (watch the video below to see why it is upside down – it turns into a cool 3-D feature), the programs from the evening, and then two envelopes containing my role as “Rene Le Bouef”, the Chef at the event! It was a great event and I was glad to know that I didn’t murder anyone that evening!
I used Cricut Design Space to design the embellishments on the page, and then my Cricut Maker to cut them out. I am pretty proud of the string of bulb lights that help to hold the envelopes and their contents in place.
