2023: Disney Trip – Epcot – Akershus Royal Banquet Hall – Belle & Snow White

This spread features two more princesses we met during our magical dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion: Belle and Snow White. Both pages use background paper from a vintage 1990s Disney Princess paper pack—it felt like the perfect fit for these classic characters. The title blocks for each princess were purchased from Scrapyourtrip.com and helped tie the whole layout together.
Belle is highlighted on the left-hand page. Known for her intelligence, independence, and love of books, Belle stands out as a Disney Princess who values curiosity and compassion. In Beauty and the Beast, she looks beyond appearances to discover the goodness in others, making her story a timeless tale of courage and kindness. To complement this theme, I used my Cricut Maker to cut out the enchanted rose inside a bell jar, which helps fill some space and adds visual interest. The Belle title block is strategically placed to cover someone in a photo we chose not to include, and while I couldn’t find Belle’s autograph for this spread—either we missed it or I overlooked copying it—it still feels complete with the thoughtful details.
Snow White is featured on the right-hand page. As Disney’s first princess, she brings a sense of vintage charm and innocence to the layout. With her rosy cheeks, signature red bow, and gentle heart, Snow White continues to represent joy, kindness, and the power of optimism. Thankfully, we did get her autograph, and it’s included here with a blue border. I also added a crisp white mat to the photo of Snow White with me to help it stand out, and finished the page with a dimensional Snow White sticker from an old Disney sticker pack I’ve had for years.
