2025: Stella Graduation – Teacher
🎓🐾 Paws, Applause, and a Perfect Party – Celebrating Stella the Vet Tech Grad! 🐾🎓
This is the first spread in the album I created to honor Stella’s incredible achievement—graduating from the Veterinary Technology program at Eastern Florida State College! This particular layout is all about her graduation party, a well-deserved celebration of her dedication, long nights of studying, and countless hours spent caring for animals both great and small.
To kick off this spread, I dove into my favorite pet-themed paper pack, selecting a background filled with playful paw prints and subtle textures that nod to both cats and dogs. From there, I chose coordinating cardstock colors to bring the whole scene together. After all, a future vet tech deserves a page that reflects the heart of her calling: caring for fur babies with skill and compassion.
Everything on this layout was designed using Cricut Design Space and brought to life with my Cricut Maker, which handled both the cutting and drawing features like a champ. On the left-hand page, I created a custom “Stella” title block featuring a silhouette of a graduate cap and gown—because every doggone good party needs a statement piece! On the right-hand page, I used the pen tool to carefully draw out a veterinary technician graphic.
The photos on this spread are full of joy and meaning: one shows Stella standing proudly outside the party venue, and the other captures a sweet moment between her and one of her beloved instructors. It’s clear from the smile on her face that this wasn’t just a day for celebration—it was a day to mark the beginning of a journey filled with wagging tails, healing paws, and purring patients.
Whether she’s administering vaccinations, helping with surgery prep, or just calming a nervous kitten with a gentle touch, Stella is stepping into a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of animals—and the humans who love them.
