2022: Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar, Branson, MO
During our July 2022 Family Reunion, we had some time for us to spend as families. My son and I went to the Branson Landing and made sure that we were first in line to experience Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar. We started out with the Trashcan BBQ Nachos which were amazing. My son then had a burger, and I enjoyed the chicken salad.
The theme for this spread is based on the picture of the two of us in the upper right-hand corner with the restaurant sign. You can see brickwork on the wall which lead to the brick background paper, and then I used black and grey to match the colors from the sign. In the middle of the spread is my interpretation of the restaurant logo. I designed this logo (and the matting) on Cricut Design Space, and then cut out using my Cricut machine. I used inking on the edges of the flames and the shield. The yellow “Branson” title was created using the pen feature of the Cricut machine, and then I outlined it with an orange sharpie to help give it some definition.
I had used the Guy Fieri tag in an earlier project (Stone Sister’s Pizza) and decided to use it again here on this page. In hindsight I should have cut it in red to match the logo on the sign in the picture. I used the Creative Memories Circle Cutter to cut the photo on the top left.
