2011: Hearst Castle – Page 2
Page two of the Hearst Castle visit features a double picture from the front of the castle and interior pictures from the Dining Room. I chose a darker blue background for the spread, and then included a pink border on the right to bring out some of the pinks and whites in the photos.
The focal point of this spread is the two photos in the middle top. I corner cut the photos in a way that makes it look like it was one picture cut in half – but these are actually two photos taken from the same spot of the two sides of the building. All of the other pictures on this spread have all 4 corners rounded.
The embellishments are a metal bookmark (top left) and metal Christmas ornament (bottom right) that were purchases in the museum gift shop.
