2021: Disney – Hollywood Studios – Galaxy’s Edge – Rise of the Resistance – 1

The main reason that we spent the day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was to experience Galaxy’s Edge, the fairly new Star Wars themed area. We were not disappointed as it was a great day. Since we were staying at one of the Disney hotels, we were able to get early access and were able to ride Rise of the Resistance twice during the day – once because of the early short line, and the second time using the Disney Genie. You will see several spreads of this attraction, and I mixed the photos from the two rides to get the best ones.
The photographic Galaxy’s Edge themed scrapbook paper on the left-side I purchased at Scrap Your Trip. I used my Cricut machine to cut out BB-8 who is also on this page. There were quite a few cuts on this graphic, but I love the way that it turned out and am glad that I took the time to do it.
I also used my Cricut machine to cut out the image on the mat for the right-hand page. This is a new technique that I have been using lately to create interest in the middle of the 4-photo block design. The grey and blue background paper came from a Star Wars paper pack that I found on Amazon.
Currently, for most of my scrapbook creations I have also created videos that show me putting them together and talking about the experiences as well as the techniques that I am using. So please enjoy watching this spread being created and assembled:
