2022: Family Reunion – Branson, Missouri – Title Page
Over the 4th of July weekend in 2022 my mother’s side of the family held a family reunion in Branson, MO. I will be sharing these pages as I create them, and this is the Title page for the set. I usually create the title page last, using the theme and left over pictures and ephemera. But in this situation I had a cool pre-made page that I purchased from Scrapbooks Forever in Branson, MO and I thought that it would make a great title page. So I picked out some pictures that I did not think that I would use on other spreads and used them here.
The right-hand page was already printed and cut in the shape of the State of Missouri, so I placed my pictures behind the matting. I did have to do a little cutting of the photographs and you can see how I did that in the Mascrapping YouTube Channel video below.
The left-hand page was created using Cricut Design Space – both the cutting, the drawn graphics, and the journalling, and then drawn and cut using my Cricut machine. I used a thicker marker for the Title and Date, and then a thinner pen for the journalling. This piece took quite a while for the machine to make since there were so many words in the journalling.
