2017: Senior Album – Shotgun
This 7th spread in the Senior Album is the epitome of Masculine Scrapbooking as the theme is my son’s shotgun! As in the other pages in this album, the background paper is denim, and I used my sewing machine to stitch the photos directly to the background paper, both serving as the border and the method of affixing it to the page.
The right photo shows the pattern of my son’s shirt very distinctly, so I chose to make the borders of this spread match that patter of brown, green, and a thin blue stripe. I used my sewing machine to stitch this triple border to the edges of the spread since adhesive tabs do not work well with the denim background paper.
