2018: Indiana Road Trip – Cummins Factory Tour
The next stop on our road trip was to tour the Cummins Diesel Engine factory in Columbus, Indiana. This was an incredible tour of a uniquely designed building. Usually the administrative offices are separate from the assembly line, but at this Cummins plant the administrative offices surround the assembly floor and glass windows and walls make it so that everyone can see what everyone else is doing – it looks like a great place to work.
I chose a red and white theme for this spread to match the colors in the Cummins logo. I used my Cricut Machine to cut out the large white Cummins logo that you see on the left hand page. I used a corner cutter to round the photos on the left hand page to match the curvature of the logo and also included the visitor passes which conveniently record the date of our tour.
For the right hand page I used a thin white border for the photos to tie the two pages together, and used my Cricut machine to cut out a small truck to fit in the middle of the photographs.
