Canada Cruise 2010: Halifax – Bus Tour
Our first Port of call was Halifax, Nova Scotia. I was extremely impressed by the Tourist Board of Halifax, they welcomed us warmly and there were even men in full Scottish military regalia to welcome us. We purchased tickets to a “Hop on Hop Off” bus tour that took us to all of the important sights in Halifax (To be featured on future scrapbook pages).
I found this amazing tartan print paper on eBay.com which was perfect for this spread. I placed the “Hop On Hop Off” sticker which was our bus ticket directly on to the page as well as a map of Halifax and the bus route map. If you look carefully at the journaling on both pages you will notice that I double matted them in the colors from the background tartan print paper.
I mounted the two map directly to the plastic page cover so that they could be opened. I used Creative memory sticker tape to accomplish this.
