2016: Fall at SpringHill Camp
Fall in Brown County, IN is beautiful because of all of the colorful leaves. During our Fall Break we spent a few days with some friends at SpringHill camps, and one day after a rain we took a walk, and captured several beautiful pictures of the falling leaves.
I don’t usually make a spread just for artistic pictures, but I really want to show off this beautiful walk, and so here you have it!
I chose matching leaf pattern background pages – but in two different colors – orange and green. I used the opposite color from the background paper to serve as the border for the photos, and for on of the three torn edge borders on each side of the page. I used a jagged edge tearing tool to tear two of the three borders. Layering straight edge and torn edge borders creates an attractive effect that creates definition of the spread.
