2018: Horseback riding in Nashville Indiana

One of our family friends was celebrating a birthday in early October and so I took him to Nashville Indiana (Brown County) for the day. In addition to walking around the art district and stores, and eating at a historic hotel, we took a trail ride with the Brown County Saddle Barn. This part of the country is beautiful in the early Fall and we had a great time.
I only scrapped the horseback riding part of the trip. I used a forest photograph style background paper to mimic the trees that the trail went through and brown accents on the photo block to complement the green of the trees, and the brown colors in the title block. I had the “Nashville Indiana” title block left over from an earlier trip to the area and was glad to be able to use it on this page. I cut out the horse & rider and the horseshoe using my Cricut Machine which I thought made the page more fun. I enjoy using multi-cut and multi-color cutouts on the pages. They are fun to make and put together, and I think that they stand out better than single one-dimensional images.
