2018: Gatlinburg Vacation – ATV Adventure

Another one of our adventures during our Gatlinburg vacation was to ride ATVs with Bluff Mountain Adventures. We had so much fun that we actually paid to take a second tour. It is something that I would definitely recommend for those that like adventures and bumpy rides – not for the faint of heart!

I wore a brand new 360 degree camera for the ride and was able to get some pretty cool 360 degree video footage – you might see it mounted on top of my helmet in the pictures.

I printed one of the panoramic photos that I took at the top of the mountain and cut it to go across the two page spread. I also chose a camouflaged background paper for this spread and I chose not to put a border on the large panoramic border. This does make it harder to see, but that creates the feeling that we had on the trip. It was hard to see where we were going in the forest, and you never really knew what was around the next corner. This business causes the viewer to have to slow down and look more carefully at the page to understand what it is that they are looking at.

I did put green borders around the other photographs to help them stand out a little better. As is my usual practice a brochure from the adventure company is on the page as well as the metal pine tree brad that ties all of the spreads from this vacation together.
