2011: Spring Break – Ronald Reagan Museum – Page 6
This is the sixth spread from our 2011 Spring Break trip to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum. It showcases photos of the tomb of Ronald Reagan and a First Day Cover of a Ronald Reagan stamp.
I am also a stamp collector (although I haven’t done much with organizing them for years) and so being able to purchase this First Day Cover at the Museum Gift store was exciting for me. I put the First Day cover inside of a plastic envelope so that I would not damage it within the scrapbook. I then attached the plastic envelope to the background paper.
The left hand page has pictures of the Ronald Reagan tomb, which is located onsite at the Library and Museum. I used a circle cutter to cut out the picture of the presidential seal, and a corner punch to round the edges of the photos.
