Spring Break 2017 – Orlando: Universal Studios
The main reason that we wanted to go to Orlando for Spring Break was do to do the complete Harry Potter Experience at Universal Studios! Usually I put the ephemera page at the end of the album or event, but for this experience I put the ephemera on the introduction page.
The Universal logo is the globe and so I used my Cricut Machine to cut a large globe to center the background of this spread. I also purchased a pre-made logo on Ebay which you can see in the top left corner. I used a double torn edge for the borders and made sure that our tickets and the brochure were on this page. I placed the brochure on the outside of the plastic page protector so that it can be open and read by the viewer. The pictures are of the famous Universal fountain, and of the entrances to the two different parks.
TIP: Universal Studios Orlando Tickets: If you zoom in on the tickets you will notice that they are two-day two park tickets. If you want the full Harry Potter Experience, you must have a 2-park ticket so that you can ride the Hogwart’s Express ride between the two parks. I suggest going to Universal Studios first and ride from Diagon Alley to Hogwarts, and then make the return trip after spending time at Hogwarts. If you want to do other things in the two parks, then you will really need to have a 2-day pass as it is impossible to see everything in one day.
