50th Anniversary: Final Page - Ephemera

50th Anniversary: Final Page – Ephemera

50th Anniversary: Final Page - EphemeraThis is the final page of my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Trip album, and it really isn’t too exciting – but I wanted to share it since I used an interesting technique to make it.

I usually use the last page or two to hold ephemera from the trip that they album is celebrating.  In this case all I had left after creating the other spreads was a Dollywood park map and a map of the state of Tennessee.

So to create this page I took two background pages that were axactyl the same, and then I very carefully cut one of them to only include the mountains.  I then used adhesive tabs to line the bottom and the sides of the cutout and placed in exactly on top of the copy on the full page – this then created a pocket that I could slip the maps into.
