2018: Rhythm Discovery Center
One weekend when my parents came to visit we went to Indianapolis to have an adventure and we ended up at the Rhythm Discovery Center. I had visited there before in 2012 and thought that my dad would enjoy it – and he did!
The color scheme for this spread matches the colors in the brochure on the left hand side – which is mounted on the outside of the plastic page protector so that they viewer can open it to read it. For the background paper I cut a circle from red card stock using my Cricut machine, and then used the two pieces mounted on black card stock to make the mirror images. I chose a circle to resemble the roundness of a drum head. I wanted the starkness of the background design to stand out, and so I did not use any borders on the photos or ephemera in order to highlight this.
