2011: Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking Trip – Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, Emerald Lake
The second day hike trip took us to see Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, and Emerald Lake. The map of this hiking trail can be seen in the top right-hand corner. It is bordered in lime green to match the borders of the hiking trail patches that are on the left-hand page. Like the previous two spreads, these two spreads are also placed on background pages that I made from pictures that I had taken myself.
I used my Cricut Machine to cut out the date, and I did not put any borders on the photographs so that you could see as much of the background paper as possible.
This is the second spread from this trip where we saw some wildlife and tried to catch some as well! I used a Jolee’s 3D sticker pack to add some fishing and hiking embellishments to the page. Jolee’s are my favorite stickers, but I do not use them as much as I did in these early years of scrapbooking for me.
