2019: Lion King Jr.
My son was volunteering with the Community School of the Arts in their production of The Lion King Jr., and I was able to attend a performance. As with most theatre productions you are not allowed to take pictures during the event, so the photograph is one of the official photos that were given to the actors and crew.
I used safari background paper for this spread and selected the border and background papers based on the colors in the papers. I was able to find an SVG cut file of the “Hakuna Matata” graphic above the photograph and cut it out using my Cricut Machine. I used a technique (Shown Here) to make sure that all the pieces were aligned. In hindsight I probably should have put this on a different solid colored background paper as it is a little difficult to see on this page.
The ticket on the left-hand page shows the date and time of the event, and I attached the program on the outside of the plastic page protector so that it can be opened to read.
